On Thursday Mrs. Fluckey's 6th grade reading classes learned about our AEA's FollettShelf ebooks. We took a look at all the ebooks that are included in this wonderful resource. There are 123 ebooks that are available through Green Hills AEA Follett Shelf account. Students took time exploring all the wonderful books that they have to choose from. Several of the students found that the graphics included in the graphic novels are very sharp and engaging.

After learning about all the features on this database, our 6th graders were excited to get started reading their first ebook on their laptops! 

There were a few 6th graders who shared different features that are offered on this database. These students shared how to bookmark a page, how to use the dictionary to look up unknown words, how to access the table of contents, and how to quickly get to a certain page number.
